What this is
When a French company has stopped paying its debts but may still be rescued, the court opens a judicial reorganisation (redressement judiciaire). This site lists the companies whose latest procedure in 2024–2026 is a reorganisation — not followed by a liquidation — and that had 20 employees or more according to INSEE.

What it is not
Not the BODACC, not a court registry, and not a Kbis. A company in reorganisation keeps trading while a plan is sought; many are rescued. The headcount band is the one INSEE holds for the company (SIRENE), for the year shown; it can be out of date. The procedure is the latest one published in the BODACC in 2024–2026.
